This set is stunning. The knives are sharp, well-balanced, and the beechwood block looks great on my counter. The Elevate technology keeps the blades off the surface, which is a nice touch. The scissors are also excellent.

The knives are fantastic – they stay sharp and are comfortable to hold. The block is attractive, but it's a bit bulky for my small kitchen. The scissors are good too. Overall, happy with the purchase.

The knives themselves are top-notch. I love the weight and the sharpness. However, the beechwood block feels a little light and easily tips over if I pull a knife out quickly. It's not terrible, but I expected more.

I expected better edge retention from Japanese steel. After a few months, the knives need sharpening. The block is nice, and the design is good, but for the price, I'd expect the blades to stay sharp longer.
