I love how this organizer maximizes vertical space. I can fit all my cutlery and even some larger utensils in the top tier. The labels are helpful for my kids. Took off a star because the compartments are a bit snug for larger knives.

The plastic tabs that hold the tiers together broke after a week of normal use. Now the upper tier just rests on the lower one and shifts around. I expected better quality from Joseph Joseph. Disappointed.
