I've collected so much milk with this thing. I wear it on the opposite side while nursing and it catches all the letdown. It fits well in my bra and I forget I'm wearing it. Absolutely worth it.

It works really well for catching milk. My only complaint is that it's a little bulky and can be visible under tight shirts. But the amount of milk I save is incredible. Definitely keep it in your nursing rotation.
